Inside this Tournament packet you will find the Brickhouse Classic Team Registration form, Tournament Waiver Form, and the Brickhouse Classic Code of Conduct.

Please complete the Team Registration form and review the Waiver and Code of Conduct forms.

A parent or guardian signature is required for each player who is participating

in the tournament. This signature must be present on the Team Registration Form

at the time of registration and  weigh-in.
